Using the SOLVIT website
These terms apply to solvitmedia.com, its demonstrations and the requests and communications described here. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the covered features.
SOLVIT MEDIA operates solvitmedia.com under the SOLVIT brand. Questions about these terms or a request can be sent through our Contact page. Paid services and client projects require separately agreed scope and commercial terms. Browsing the site or trying a demo does not create a paid engagement, subscription or service-level commitment.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Only request calls or communications to numbers and addresses you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate another person, submit someone else’s number without permission, harass others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use automated abuse to overwhelm it.
A consent checkbox records your statement and choice; it is not independent verification of phone ownership. We may decline, limit or suspend access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security issues or legal obligations.
Sam and demonstrations
Sam is an AI receptionist, not a person. It can misunderstand speech, omit details or produce inaccurate statements. Verify information that matters to your decision with our team. Sam is not an emergency service or a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
A website callback is the call you request under the consent displayed with that feature. It is not permission for unrelated marketing or recurring calls. Audio and transcript handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not share passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Demos show an example experience. They do not guarantee business results, recovered revenue, sales, accuracy, uninterrupted availability or equivalence to human staff. Features and integrations may differ from a separately agreed client implementation.
Requests and consultations
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a project or an immediate response. A consultation is confirmed only when the booking system successfully confirms it. A suggested time, generated statement or unfinished form is not a confirmed appointment.
For a confirmed video consultation, use the joining details supplied for that appointment. Contact us if you need help with a booking or if a confirmation does not match your request. Email confirmations and optional appointment texts are separate communication channels.
Optional appointment text program
Status: not yet active. SOLVIT appointment text messaging remains pending verification. The following terms describe the limited program if it is made available; they do not enroll you or represent that messages are currently being sent.
- Sender and purpose: SOLVIT, for confirmations and joining information about video consultations you request.
- Consent: a separate affirmative, optional opt-in is required. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services or obtaining an appointment. A phone number or email-consent choice alone is not SMS consent.
- Frequency and charges: message frequency varies with your requested appointments. Your carrier’s message and data charges may apply.
- Stop or get help: for an active program, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also use our Contact page. Withdrawing text consent does not withdraw a separate request for email confirmation.
- Delivery: delivery depends on carrier and network availability and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages; this does not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Information and mobile-consent handling are explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not treat appointment-text consent as consent to unrelated marketing.
Content and your submissions
SOLVIT and the respective rights holders retain rights in the website’s branding, design, text, code and media. You may view and use the website for its intended informational and inquiry purposes. Reusing protected materials beyond permission granted by us or applicable law requires the appropriate rights holder’s permission.
You retain your rights in information and materials you submit. You permit us and the service providers needed for the request to process those materials to respond, operate the requested feature and administer the relationship, as explained in our Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership in your ideas or permission to publish your conversation or materials as advertising.
Third-party services
Calling, hosting, forms, scheduling, video meetings and communications may rely on third-party services. A link or integration does not mean those services are owned by SOLVIT. Their applicable terms may govern your use of them. We cannot guarantee their continuous availability or every third-party statement.
Availability and reasonable limitations
We aim to provide a useful, accurate website, but information and demonstrations may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information and demonstrations are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We do not exclude an express commitment made in a separate signed agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOLVIT is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a demonstration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights. These terms do not excuse misleading statements or replace our obligations under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the website and features change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively and will be communicated as appropriate; they do not silently rewrite a separately agreed client contract.
